Friends Forever

Friends FOREVER Where do I start? The last 36 hours have been jam packed with fun and familiar faces. Friday afternoon Stella and I headed to Little Rock to catch up with old friends and celebrate Reed's birthday (that's another post). We stayed at Deacon's house and it was a wild time with the Burn's and a visit from Lauren and Riley (they now live in California).

I said it was a wild night, but who doesn't like jumping on the bed!

Dance party 2010! Riley requested "All the Single Ladies" it was HILARIOUS!

I thought they looked like such big kids eating at their own table.

I know I've said it a million times, but we are SOOO thankful for our amazing friends we made when we lived in Little Rock. I know we'll be friends for life! Love you guys!

Advice: Camera?

I know the grandparents are going to kill me. Two posts with NO pictures of Stella...I know I'm sorry.

Anyway, my birthday is in a couple months so I was thinking I really need a new camera. I love my Canon, but Stella does not sit still enough. I need a fancy/bigger camera.

What would you suggest and why?

Chalk Art

Stella decided she wanted to use her chalk from the Easter bunny so we headed outside and worked on some art! I think she had more chalk on her than on the sidewalk!

Oh she was super excited! Who knew Graduates cereal bars and new sippy cups would be so exciting? Don't worry there was some fun in there too...bubbles, chalk, etc (can you tell I'm ready for outdoor activities?)

Playgroup or Should I say TEA PARTY

This week we had a bunch of new faces to playgroup. And I've got to tell you...I love getting to know more mommies and playing with their little ones. Thanks for coming over Yesie, Lisa, Jennifer, Jenna and Sara.

For some reason several the boys were drawn to Stella's teapot and purse. It was SOO cute.

Don't you just want to eat this guy up. Brody is Jennifer's little one-- precious!
Oh my goodness, Brayden is the sweetest thing ever. He was really attached to the purse. Lets just hope his dad doesn't read this, ha!
Trenton was on the go and Stella tried to keep up, but as you can see he is a fast one.
And of course, Stella's favorite man was there. She is so drawn to Reid...maybe she has a thing for younger guys!

We Love This Weather Because...

It's finally warm enough to wear shorts.

Mommy bought me an apple juice slush at Sonic Happy Hour. (but I don't like juice, next time I'll order water).

I saw my buddy Reid at the park.

I played with my best buddy, Lilly. Well, actually we're still trying to figure eachother out. ha!

I got to go on the slide.

And finally, we LOVE this weather because after a fun day in the sun I plopped down on the couch and read my favorite magazine with a nice cold cup of milk!
